Privacy Policy

Effective 12 July 2026 · KINNDtranslate is operated by KINNDship.

What we collect

Account data (name, email, hashed password or Google sign-in identity), the documents you upload and their translations, project settings, glossary and translation-memory entries, usage metrics (token counts per organization), and standard server logs.

How your documents are processed

Documents are processed to deliver the service: structural extraction, translation via the Anthropic API, quality verification, and reconstruction. Your documents are never used to train AI models. The free readiness check analyzes files in memory only and stores nothing.

Where data lives

Project data is stored on our servers for as long as your account keeps the project; deleting a project removes its files, and archiving retains them for operator recovery. Encrypted transport (TLS) protects all traffic. Full-platform backups may be retained for disaster recovery.

Third parties

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: Anthropic (translation), Stripe (billing — we never see full card numbers), Google (optional sign-in), and our hosting and email providers. We do not sell personal data.

Share links & certificates

Deliverable share pages and certificates are accessible to anyone holding the link until you revoke it. Certificates embed a fingerprint (hash) of the source document, not its content.

Your rights

You can export or delete your projects, glossary, and translation memory from within the product, change your password, and close your account by contacting us. For access, correction, or deletion requests: qcutter@gmail.com.
