Terms of Service
Effective 12 July 2026 · KINNDtranslate is operated by KINNDship.
1. The service
KINNDtranslate provides machine-assisted document translation with automated quality verification, document reconstruction, and related services. Machine verification checks completeness and consistency; it does not constitute a legal attestation, sworn translation, or professional certification unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Your content
You retain all rights to documents you upload and to their translations. You grant us only the processing rights needed to operate the service (extraction, translation, verification, storage, delivery). Your documents are not used to train AI models — ours or our providers'. Translation is performed via the Anthropic API, which does not train on API traffic by default.
3. Accounts & organizations
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity within your organization workspace. Organization owners control membership, billing, and data. Share links you create are accessible to anyone holding the link until revoked.
4. Plans, quotas & billing
Paid plans are billed as subscriptions via Stripe and include a monthly processing allowance. Unused allowance does not roll over. We may adjust plan limits with notice; material price changes take effect at your next billing period.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload content you lack the right to process, and do not use the service for unlawful material. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, its quotas, or its free tools.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." Machine translation, even verified, can contain errors — review deliverables before relying on them for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Termination & export
You may export your projects, translation memory, and glossary at any time and delete your data from within the product. We may terminate accounts for breach with notice where practicable.
